LEADERSHIP & PUBLIC SERVICE
As Punong Barangay of Kangha-as, I believe that public office is a responsibility entrusted to me by the people. My role is not simply to lead, but to serve, listen, and work for the welfare of every resident.
Transparency is essential in public service. Our people have the right to know how our barangay is governed, how decisions are made, and how public funds are used. Every public resource must be managed responsibly and used for its intended purpose for the benefit of the community.
I believe that government assistance and benefits must be distributed fairly and without discrimination. Together with the Barangay Council, I will continue to support policies that promote fairness, peace, order, safety, and the common good.
In matters of conflict and mediation, I believe in listening to both sides, remaining fair and impartial, and seeking lawful and peaceful resolutions.
My commitment is simple: to serve with integrity, govern with fairness, use public resources responsibly, and work together with the people of Kangha-as for a peaceful and brighter future.
